Recently, we were approached by a client from Iowa who had a beautiful home and wanted a beautiful assisted living website to match. Conrad Mansion Country Estates is the largest single family home Iowa has ever known was planted in the rich Grundy County soil near Conrad. This 16,000 square foot French provincial home, known as the Conrad Mansion, corners and crevices radiate with mystery and majesty.
Now, this family who has been living in the home is turning it into a wonderful oasis for senior living.
In this project, we helped the owners design and create their brand logo, and we built the website from scratch. Using a WordPress template we have come to like for it’s ease of use, mobile friendliness and sleek designs, the website really came together.
The house already had a reputation in the neighborhood, but now the business has an online presence to match the brand recognition. As we helped with some basic SEO items and marketing strategy, it’s fun to see the leads start rolling in for our client.
Conrad Mansion Country Estates is now the fifth website we’ve built for assisted living owners. We’ve helped owners all across the country – in Arizona, California, Utah, Maine, and now Iowa. Many of these clients have gone through Gene Guarino’s wonderful Residential Assisted Living Academy.
